This ride begins in Yackandandah and follows the new bike track to Beechworth with some challenging ups and downs. There is an option to start from near the roundabout on the Wodonga/Beechworth Road and thus avoid the uphill out of Yack. (But then you won’t get to freewheel back into Yack!)
We’ll lunch in Beechworth somewhere, maybe a picnic at Lake Sambell? then ride back and finish the day with some ‘electrolyte replacement’ at the Star Hotel.
Suitable for all bike styles. (Maybe not tricycles!)
