This weekend will be spent exploring Terrick Terrick National Park, 30 minutes from Gunbower, 40 minutes from Echuca Moama
It will be a wander for those who enjoy birds, (over 100 species) or indigenous flora which call the open woodlands/ grasslands home. Hopefully the wildflowers will be out as well.
Bring your camera and/or binoculars. It does not matter if you’re an expert or a novice like me.
It’s easy walking across the open grasslands. We’ll most likely visit the 3 rocky points of interest; Mt Terrick Terrick, Reigels Rocks and Bennetts Rocks, which have views across the park and the farmlands. There is no set destination.
Overnight accommodation will be at Gunbower Holiday Park, either camping or in cabins.
