Mt Jack is In the hills behind Dederang and a great way to warm up in winter. We will ascend (700m approx)the Bill Hicks Track up to its intersection with the Mt Jack Track. From here there is a series of hills that we follow to Mt Jack itself. Whilst there is no summit to climb if the day is clear we will have views to The Main Range and Kosciuszko. After lunch it’s all downhill as we follow the North House Creek Track back to our starting point. All up about 16km and lots of puffing.
