The BBC has a wide range of hiking and outdoor gear for hire to club members. (See below for list)
New club members are encouraged to hire before buying.
Equipment is hired at a daily rate. If equipment is not returned within one week, an overdue fee at the daily/overnight rate will be charged for extra days/nights after one week. (Exceptions to be arranged with Equipment Officer).
If you have any queries or problems regarding hire gear (e.g. if you’ve found the gear item is torn, leaks, or you had an accident with it), please contact the Club’s equipment officer or a committee member. It is NOT the responsibility of Adventure Gear Albury staff to deal with these issues. They are generously donating their time to store and process our equipment.
Payment for hire of equipment is to be made when collecting the equipment.
