This walk starts from the very top of Tawonga Gap, at the lookout. We head north along the ridge track up some testing hills until we reach the Germantown track, which we follow back to the main road. There are views, tall timber and a very small creek crossing at the end, with a short car shuffle back to the start. All on track, about 12 km but steepish in places. Walking poles recommended if you use them.
