Under the Rules of the BBC, members are nominated and voted for at the May Annual General Meeting. All club members are eligible for nomination to committee positions, and all current financial club members are eligible to vote.
The committee meets on the second Tuesday of every month, except December, and deals with correspondence, approves new memberships, organises Club Nights, receives reports from the Treasurer, Activities Co-ordinator, and Equipment Officer, and deals with any general business.
All club members are welcome to attend committee meetings to observe or speak to any issue of concern and Minutes of committee meetings are available upon request.
