Club Nights

There are only two important club nights per year.

Our Annual General Meeting held early in May is legally required for incorporated
organisations such as ours.
All members are notified through our Newsletter, FOOTPRINTS and a representation of at
least 25 members as a quorum is required. The venue will be included in the notification and
the meeting is always a short and sharp event.

An End of Year Function is enjoyed at an outdoor venue as a social get together with
participants bringing along a shared salad or dessert and BBQ meats being supplied by the
committee. It is a great way to meet or catch up with other walkers that you may not
otherwise see.
Club Person of the Year is announced at this event and is selected by the previous year’s
nominee.
