The South Buffalo Viewpoint walk is one of the most picturesque walks on the Buffalo Plateau. Starting at Cresta and meandering to a rocky outcrop that overlooks Lake Buffalo, it goes through bog, heath and grassy plains. Ideally suited to a picnic lunch, participants will be asked to bring a share plate to contribute to lunch. After returning to the car park, those who wish to can then walk out to Dickson Falls, that looks across the other side of the National Park.
