This is not so much a bushwalk but an immersion into one of Stanley’s natural wonders….The Magic Forest….a grove of towering sequoias in the middle of local pine plantations.

We’ll meet in Beechworth, have a welcome sing and then carpool to the start of the walk.  The walk itself is fairly easy with some gentle ups and downs, but there are a few hazards – slippery pine needles, numerous open mine shafts in the area and the potential for a muddy clay track if it’s been raining.

Once at the forest, we’ll amble, sing, have morning tea, swap stories, celebrate Easter Sunday, and then head back to Beechworth hopefully rejuvenated by all things tall and green.

All are welcome, singers and listeners alike.  When you book in, please make sure to send me an email address.
